Refund/Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any Clean Armor products, unless it is a warranty issue. Orders may be cancelled provided it has not yet been shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. If there is an issue with a product or an error made in order fulfillment, please contact us at (704) 232-6763 or email: support@kaandbservices.com within 5 days of delivery for assistance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus the 25% restock fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty Issues and incorrect Order Fulfillment
We will arrange for the return shipping of any defective items or incorrect order fulfillment so that the return shipping will not cause any additional expense to you. Returned items that are claimed to be defective will undergo a detailed quality control (QC) assessment. If the claim is approved and the item is defective, we will send you a new item free of any additional cost. If QC establishes that there is no defect or the defect was caused by improper handling or installation by the customer, you will have to pay for the repair or replacement as well as for all the return shipping charges.
